Programming is an action plan. Fitness doesn’t magically happen, you will need to do the work. But the process doesn’t need to be intimidating, and it is completely achievable. I’m here to help you through the process with information, education, and accountability.
One-On-One Private training.
Clients in the New York City area have the option to meet one on one. With one on one training you not only get the benefit of expert programming, but you also have a watchful eye to make sure you are understanding the biomechanics of the movements and executing proper form.
Individual one-on-one private session: $125.00/hr, For two people rate is time and a half $187.50/hr (a 10% discount is offered when purchasing a package of 10 sessions)
Monthly Programing
Monthly programing is a great option for someone who has worked out before and has some knowledge of basic exercises, but needs accountability and a plan. This is a great affordable option for someone who lives outside of NYC, has a busy schedule and has some prior experience working out.
With this plan, you will receive a month of programing as well as a weekly consult call or email, to check in with me on any questions about programming and to add as additional accountability.
3 days : $20/week or $75/month 4 days : $23/week or $85/month 5 days : $25/week or $90/month
Online Virtual Personal Training
Online Video personal training is great if you are a new client, new to fitness, and don’t live in NYC or Travels often. Video isn’t the same as being in person, but still allows for expert observation, especially if you are still learning the ropes… or if you just need that extra accountability even while you are away.
Special INTRO RATE for New Clients!! Online Only. 2, hour long sessions or 4, 30 min sessions : $100.00
Online virtual training: $80/hr or $40/30 min Package of 5/ hour sessions, or 10/ 30 minute sessions : $350.00
Private Group/Corporate Classes
Group classes are a great for parties or for corporate events. Get your endorphins flowing with friends or before a big meeting.
$150 for a 45min class for up to 15 people, $10 for each additional person
