Training isn’t for the vain, or for those who can afford it, It is for everyone. Everyone has a body, therefore you have to maintain it. Even if working out isn’t your “thing”, in order to live a healthy life, and to be able to do whatever your “thing” is, you need to be alive and well enough to do it.
I realize that everyone is different. We have different needs and different things that drive us and inspire us. But no matter how different we all appear to be, our anatomy… is more or less the same.

My approach to fitness is straightforward. I believe in functional movements that are universal to everyone, and those movements that are used to live life. Move with correct movement patterns and understand what those are, so that whether you are “exercising” or just living an active life, you move in a healthy way.
Why…
By incorporating exercise into your lifestyle, you will start to notice better physical performance in your strength, and cardiovascular endurance. This translates into you being able to keep up with your kids, running to catch a train, putting your luggage into the overhead bin, moving furniture, catching your step before you fall, carrying your groceries home, walking around and exploring a new city… and on and on and on. In order to live the best life without restrictions it helps to be in good physical condition.
